Privacy Policy
BizSuite (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent software business operated from Malaysia. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit bizsuite.dev, contact us, start a trial, or use our software and services.
1. Data we collect
- Contact and account data: name, email address, phone number, shop name, country, language and login details.
- Business data: menu items, prices, services, rooms, orders, customers, staff accounts, reminders and settings that you or your team enter into the software.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
- Payment data: subscription and billing information is processed by our payment provider, Paddle. We receive billing status and limited transaction details, but we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send to us by email or other channels, including support requests.
2. How we use data
- Provide, operate and maintain the software and your account.
- Set up trials, process subscriptions, send invoices and manage renewals.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the service.
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse and improve the product.
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, or where you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as:
- Paddle — payment processing and merchant-of-record services.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Email and support providers — to send transactional email and respond to enquiries.
- Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers and auditors where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
These providers process data under their own terms and only for the purposes we specify.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access controls, encrypted connections and backups. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your account details confidential.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, or to request a portable copy. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@bizsuite.dev. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your language and selected demo system. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
10. Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
