Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizSuite websites, software and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
BizSuite is an independent software business operated from Malaysia. Contact: hello@bizsuite.dev.
2. The Service
BizSuite provides business software for small merchants, including QR ordering, laundry, repair and hotel add-on systems. The Service helps you manage menus, services, orders, customers, staff and reports.
We do not process customer payments. Your customers pay you through your own payment QR code, bank account or other payment method that you control. BizSuite is not a payment processor, money transmitter or escrow service, and we do not hold or settle funds between you and your customers.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You must have authority to bind the business you register.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4. Free trial
We may offer a 30-day free trial for one shop and one system. No card is required unless we state otherwise. At the end of the trial, access may be limited or suspended unless you subscribe. We may change or end trial offers at any time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed per shop and per system, starting from US$14 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Paddle may collect and remit sales tax, VAT or similar taxes.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply to the next billing period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the Service.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation or that of our providers.
8. Your data and your customers’ data
You own the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any notices or consents required from your customers, staff or other individuals whose data you upload.
You must not upload sensitive personal data that the Service is not designed to handle. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection, consumer, tax and record-keeping laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting, email and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply.
11. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided by email at hello@bizsuite.dev during normal business hours. Any service levels will be stated separately if agreed in writing.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or that all errors will be corrected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we may delete data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
